One of the most interesting things I learned during this course is the Growth Mindset.  During this class I was introduced to Carol S. Dweck.  Her book, Mindset: The New Psychology of Success showcased several examples of how many individuals can obtain more success just by changing their mindset from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.  Below is a PDF containing my growth mindset plan.
